With the passage of the SAFE Act requiring a 20 Hour NMLS Approved education course for all MLOs, RETC is now working in affiliation with MTI Services Corp., a nationally certified NMLS Approved education provider, a nationwide mortgage licensing resource.  Together,  we will bring 20 Hour SAFE Comprehensive Courses to the New York area with RETC Quality and Professionalism.
