Regarding our Mortgage Training Courses now available, the Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 ( SAFE Act ) requires that state-licensed Mortgage Loan Originators ( MLOs ) complete a 20 Hour Pre-Licensure Education.  Starting January 2010,  RETC Training, in Association with MTI Services Corp. Provider # 1400044, will be scheduling the 20 Hour SAFE Comprehensive Courses  # 1055 in the New York area.
